What does a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate do?
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you’ll be based on-site at one of our Delivery Stations. You’ll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent further delivery delays.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Carry out real-time, hands-on investigations to find out where customer orders are located and how we can get them to our customers as swiftly as possible
- Contacting customers directly via phone and/or e-mail to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
- Acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required.
