Amazon’s vision is to be Earth's Best Employer and Earth’s Safest Place to Work
Find out how we commit to this vision by exploring the benefits and perks of working as an Amazon Customer Service Associate.

Competitive Pay
We offer competitive pay and attractive working conditions, along with processes and systems to ensure the well-being and safety of all employees.
Your Base Pay
For all full-time, part-time, temporary and seasonal roles in Customer Service, pay starts at a minimum of £14.05 per hour.
Your base pay will increase with tenure; depending on your role and location, this could be from as early as 6 months.
Working hours/schedule that allow for Work-Life Balance

The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available based 100% at home, 100% in an office.
Traditionally, shifts are 4 x 10 hour. We schedule shifts based on a variety of shift patterns between 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday for on-site or home-based Customer Service Associates. Part-time roles are also available to give you more time for family responsibilities, social activities and/or further education.
In addition, we offer paid time off – annual leave is 33 days. You may need to work public holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, your annual leave entitlement includes an allowance for public holidays, which means you can choose to take the time off on other days.
We offer maternity and paternity leave, depending on tenure. You can also take unpaid leave.
